The 'world' license of the nnn project covers rights on the usage of the ideas 
of the ingame world, its history, attributes, main personalities (characters) 
and their histories.
As the nnn project is free, its world is also free (with some restrictions 
described later). It mean that You can use the idea of the world, the names
of planets, names of the geographical places, names of characters, the 
histories of the named objects and personalities, ideas of items (i.e. 
principles of weapon operation or interstellar flight) etc... etc...
The ways of use may be:
- usage in nnn project addons development (either the work on the game or 
  work on documentation)
- usage in other games development (the games using ideas and/or world
  structure and/or characters and/or histories of characters and/or places
  taken from the nnn_project)
- usage in other creative arts (i.e. writing fanfics, making dojinsi, 
  creating movies etc... etc...)
You may use the named ideas and properties of the nnn project world for
free, provided that Your own product is free and when following some rules
(see Part A below). Generally You may use the named ideas and properties 
even if Your product is not free but with some restrictions (see Part B 
below).

Part A. THE GENERAL RULES OF USE THE IDEAS AND PROPERTIES OF THE 
        NNN PROJECT WORLD

1. The stories of places and/or character invoked by Your product 
   MUST NOT contradict to already involved an adopted by nnn project
   histories.
2. The stories or principles invoked by Your product MUST NOT 
   violate the LAWS OF PHYSICS AND MAGIC actual in the NNN project world.
3. The consequent stories (continuations) MUST NOT contradict personal
   principles of characters (i.e. if character is described as biker
   it can not be referenced as milker, or if the main element of the 
   character is electricity it can not turn to be a 'fire' mage. 
   And if the character is honest the very heavy conditions are needed 
   to force it to lie.)
4. In doubtfull cases You MUST ask authors of the nnn project how 
   should act the certain character in certain conditions or what 
   physical or magical law would affect the certain process.
5. Usually in Your product You will introduce new personalities and/or
   new places where the action goes. It is assumed that those characters
   and/or places interact with other characters and places of the 
   nnn project world by one or another way.
   Once You did this You MUST allow others free use of Your introduced 
   content (i.e. others may freely create characters interacting with
   ones of Yours, etc.)

Part B. THE ADDITIONAL RULES OF USE THE IDEAS AND PROPERTIES OF THE 
        NNN PROJECT WORLD IN COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

   We perfectly know that bucks will defeat everything, and if andybody
will make a commercial project based upon the free nnn project it will
expell all free beginnings and ideas. However we clearly understand that
we can't stop it if it has happened. We can only to try to direct
it to respectable ways, so we establish addidional rules for usage
content of our project in commercial purposes. As You can note these 
rules and additions are in no way directed to profit. They are intended 
to keep the world of the nnn project in the form of logically bound
union, to keep it from decaying into many conflicting parts.

1. You MUST follow the general rules essential for all (see Part A above).
2. If Your product is downloadable over the Internet You MUST provide 
   free acess to it for each of the nnn project authors.
   If Your product is not downloadable over the Internet You MUST
   provide free copy of it for each of the nnn project authors.
   If Your product is material one (e.g. statues, dolls, cloth with
   nnn project symbolic etc... etc...) You are allowed not to provide
   nnn project authors with free copies, but You MUST provide 
   nnn project authors with free acess to images (photos or drawings)
   of Your product.
3. If Your product is a Multiplayer Online Game, You Must provide
   each of the nnn project authors with a free of fee account either
   with full game master rights or cheatcodes or with such a subset
   of the game master rights or cheatcodes that allows to make quick
   overview of game content. From our side we promise not to abuse 
   those rights (not to make profit from items created with GM commands
   or cheatcodes and not to affect the ingame balance.)
4. Special word must be said on the extension of section A.5 of the 
   general rules to the commercial project. You are allowed to 
   protect binaries/substantional products with Your rights, but You
   MUST allow others to interact with Your introduced content by their
   own way. (E.g. You may require payment for usage of Your characters
   3D models, however You can not stop others from modeling Your 
   characters by their own efforts and hence from using them in their
   products connected with nnn project world.)

Part C. SOFT RULES OF USE THE IDEAS AND PROPERTIES OF THE 
        NNN PROJECT WORLD

Soft rules are not the ones to follow strictly. But a good behavour
is always appreciated.

1. If You made a product based upon nnn project ideas and/or properties
   it should be clearly denoted in its description/documentation.
2. If You made a web site/page devoted to Your product based upon 
   nnn project ideas and/or properties be so kind to place a hyperlink
   to nnn project site.
3. If You used ideas or properties of the nnn project world it will be
   a good idea to thank authors of the named project somewhere in Your
   documentation.

Products using the nnn project ideas and properties and following these
rules will be canonized and placed to the list of trustfull products based
upon nnn project universe. The list will be accessable on our current
web site.
